A Guide To Finding Your Perfect Face Oil

A Guide to Finding your Perfect Face Oil

Just because it’s an oil doesn’t mean you’ll breakout

There’s a common fear against oils. People assume that using a face oil results in looking like a glazed donut or worse - causes breakouts. Oils are not your enemy, they are your best friend. Face oils are an amazing step to incorporate into your beauty routine because they are potent in active ingredients that deliver fast results. The type of oils that most people associate breaking out from are mineral oils. Mineral oils are commonly used in conventional beauty to provide density to products. They are usually contaminated with toxins and sit as a barrier on top of your skin which can create clogged pores. Being a combo oily- normal girl myself, I've always had the fear that oils would just make me greasy. Luckily, after being introduced to the clean beauty world I found oils with pure ingredients that my skin loved and benefited from. Our angels deserve to know the best of the best so here’s a list of our team’s favourite oils for each skin type and concern.
